Terms of Service

1. Scope of Engineering Services

PSG ENGINEERING PTE LTD provides specialized engineering, installation, and maintenance services limited strictly to: (1) Electrical Installation and Maintenance, (2) CCTV Installation and Maintenance, (3) PA System Installation and Maintenance, (4) Solar PV System Installation and Maintenance, (5) Fire Protection System Installation and Maintenance, (6) Data Cable Laying and Termination Works, (7) Minor Plumbing Works, (8) Sump Pump System Maintenance, and (9) EV Chargers Installation Works. All works comply with Singapore statutory regulations including EMA licensing, LTA TR25 standards, and SCDF Fire Precautions standards.

2. Quotations and Service Contracts

All proposals, site survey estimates, and maintenance contracts generated through our website are subject to formal technical verification by a certified PSG Engineering engineer upon physical site inspection. Written quotations remain valid for 30 calendar days from the date of issuance unless stated otherwise.

3. Service Level Commitments & Emergency Dispatch

For clients holding active annual maintenance contracts (AMC), emergency dispatch SLAs (such as 2-Hour emergency response for fire alarm faults or main switchboard tripping) apply strictly within the Republic of Singapore.

4. Compliance & Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with engineering works performed by PSG ENGINEERING PTE LTD shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
